Payments are processed by our authorized MoR (Merchant of Record) and payment processor: LemonSqueezy, an official partner of Stripe.
We do not store or process your credit or debit card details directly.

Data Controller and Processor Roles
Data Controller - Nia Booking acts as a data controller for personal information you provide about yourself and your business in order to deliver the Service.
Data Processor - You manage your own customers’ data, you are the data controller, and Nia Booking is a data processor for personal information relating to your customers.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis to collect and process your customers’ personal data and for complying with applicable data protection laws.
Data Disclosure
We may disclose personal information to:
- third party service providers (hosting, data storage, analytics, and email providers)
- payment processors and MoR (Merchant of Record) partners
